To get started, sign a Referral Agreement with us. This formalizes our collaboration and ensures you’re eligible for payouts.
Next, earn for every referral. When someone you refer signs a listing agreement with us, you earn EUR 225,00 in referral commission.

1. To get started, sign a Referral Agreement with us. This formalizes our collaboration and ensures you’re eligible for payouts. We send you our referral agreement, which you review, sign and send back to us. This way your referral is officially documented in writing.
2. Introduce a Contact
Do you know someone considering selling? Introduce us and share their name and basic info via our secure form. You earn for every referral. When someone you refer signs a listing agreement with us, you earn EUR 225,00 in referral commission.
3. We Reach Out
We handle the introduction professionally—no pressure, just a helpful conversation.
4. You Get Rewarded
If we sign a listing agreement with you contact, you receive your tier reward. If the home is sold, even more awaits. You send us your invoice and we pay out your referral commission.
2. Unlock Status & Stack Rewards
Every new referral in a calendar year helps you climb the status ladder:
Your status resets every January, but you keep your Member status as long as your Referral Agreement is active.
Reward Tiers
The rewards program has 5 tiers, referrals are counted per year. You reach Member Status when referring a contact that signs a listing agreement. If the listing you referred sells within 12 months for at least EUR 500,000, your referral reward increases based on your current status:

Bronze Member:
1 successful referral signs a listing agreement and the property sells for at least €500.000 within 12 months
→ €225,00 cash + €1.775,00 referral commission (from our brokerage net commission)
→ Total: €2.000,00
Silver Member:
2 successful referrals sign listing agreements and at least one property sells for €500.000+ within 12 months
→ 2x €225,00 + €2.775,00 referral commission
→ Total: €3.225,00
Gold Member:
4 successful referrals sign listing agreements and at least one property sells for €500.000+ within 12 months
→ 4x €225,00 + €3.775,00 referral commission
→ Total: €4.675,00
Ambassador:
5+ successful referrals in a year
→ €225,00 per referral
→ €5.775,00 referral commission (per qualifying sale)
